In your first session, we will start with an initial 15-minute check in conversation that includes a thorough review of the client's health history. Posture, repetitive stresses, movement patterns, habits, routines, mental and emotional well-being, and personal and family health histories are taken into account.
Follow-up sessions begin with a shorter check-in that offers the client the opportunity to bring up any issues, insights, or questions they would like to address. Together we create a map of where the client is in this very moment, and begin there.
